Civic AF* is made possible through close collaboration between embassies, universities, and cultural organisations. The project is coordinated by the Royal Danish Embassy in Latvia and the Danish Cultural Institute in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Embassy of Sweden in Latvia contributes expertise and diplomatic support. Daugavpils University provides academic insight into sustainability and regional development. Riga Stradins University brings knowledge in anthropology and youth participation. The Latvian Academy of Culture contributes its experience in creative industries and cultural projects. Ad Astra Social Impact Studio designs the communication campaign and engages youth through creative methods.
The project is supported by the Nordic Council of Ministers, ensuring that Civic AF* is rooted in Nordic values of equality, democracy, and sustainability.
