Civic AF* is a creative residency for young people aged 18–25 from the Nordic and Baltic countries, Ukraine, and Belarus.
The future will be as I am, and I am as the future.
We are ready for the future, because we are equipped with skills and tools to shape it into something we want.
This project is a space to explore who you are, what matters to you, and how your creativity can help build the future we share. Civic AF* (Civic As Future) is about resilience, imagination, and community. It’s about finding your voice, connecting with others, and working together on bold ideas for a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.
The residency has two parts:
- Online (5 days, between 6–17 October 2025) – open to all selected participants
- On-site in Latvia (5 days, 27–31 October 2025) – for a limited group. Flights or travel to Latvia are at your own cost, but we will cover everything related to the residency itself — transport from Riga to Lūznava and back, accommodation, meals, and programme activities.
